Everything is theoretically impossible, until it is done. Becoming a leader in the tech industry is quite challenging and yet exciting. We must be constant learners and stay on top of trends. Many women believe that they can hardly make it to the top in technology. That is not true. Our skill sets, backgrounds, and experiences can bring a unique perspective to innovative solutions. My advice to women is to seek out new experiences, give your best and dare to fail; take the initiative and ownership of what you do. It will open up more opportunities.
