He is a strong believer in emerging technologies like RPA, ML & AI and our focused-on workforce up-skilling to implement these technologies to serve business more effectively. He is part of the Magic FinServ senior leadership team responsible for driving strategies across the globe.

Sudev is a dynamic, versatile, hands-on technology leader with extensive experience of 17+ years in leading the establishment & maturation of DevOps, cloud practices and components. He specialises in designing architecture, deployment and migration workloads from the physical environment to the Cloud.

He has been associated with multiple organizations such as Cognizant, Microland, TheSmartCube and, HCL Technologies. Sudev has completed his Master’s in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi.

Amit is a technology leader with expertise in multiple technologies primarily in the Capital Markets domain. He is currently driving digital transformation and has 18 years of experience in designing and delivering large scale solutions across multiple global organizations. Previously, he led technical and business implementation of Trading Application (Security lending and Repo) for one of the biggest Agent Lenders.

He has worked as a technical lead in Middle office and Risk functions (Credit Risks) and also worked in Prime brokerage division of one of biggest investment banks in NYC. Amit holds an MBA degree from IIM Lucknow and a BTech. degree from NIT Trichy.

Rashmi has 18+ years of extensive experience in Human Resource Management Function. Her career has encompassed the entire gamut of HR roles across varied industries with expertise in partnering with business. Designing HR Strategy in line with Business strategy, People Development, Talent & Performance Management, Retention are some of her forte.

She graduated from Delhi University and has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis University.

Ruchi is a proven and dynamic B2B marketer who thrives in leadership roles at high growth companies. She has an analytical mindset coupled with creativity and innovation, constantly striving to be the customer’s advocate. Ruchi joined us after working across various successful software companies and industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
